Q.Who is eligible to enroll in computer courses at IZCC?

Our courses are open to students from all academic backgrounds. School students (10th/HSLC appearing or passed), higher secondary students (12th passed), college and university attendees, as well as working professionals and job seekers looking to build practical digital skills can enroll in our programs.

Q.How can I apply for admission?

You can submit an online application via our website's Online Admission Form or visit our campus office in person at Goroimari Bazar, Kamrup, Assam. Once submitted, our admissions team will verify your details and assist you with batch allocation.

Q.What documents are required for admission?

Applicants should carry or provide: (1) A recent passport-size photograph, (2) Copy of the latest educational marksheet/certificate, and (3) A valid government identity document (Aadhaar, Voter ID, or School/College ID).

Courses & Curriculum

Q.What courses are currently offered at Internet Zone?

We offer certificate, diploma, and specialized vocational programs, including Certificate on Computer Application (CCA), Diploma in Computer Application (DCA), Advanced Diploma in Computer Application (ADCA), Tally Prime with GST, Desktop Publishing (DTP), Graphic Designing & Canva, and Microsoft Office 365 Mastery.

Q.What is the difference between DCA and ADCA?

DCA (6 Months) focuses on core computer fundamentals, Windows OS, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and internet applications. ADCA (12 Months) builds on this foundation and adds comprehensive modules in computerized accounting with Tally, desktop publishing, database management, and advanced office workflows.

Q.Can I take more than one course simultaneously?

Yes, subject to batch scheduling and instructor approval. Many students complement their diploma course (such as DCA) with specialized short-term modules like Tally Prime or Graphic Design.

Certifications & Verification

Q.Will I receive an official certificate after completing my course?

Yes. Every student who successfully completes their course curriculum, maintains required attendance, and passes the practical and theoretical evaluations is awarded an official Certificate and detailed Marksheet from Internet Zone Computer Training Centre.

Q.How does the online certificate verification work?

Every issued certificate includes a unique Certificate Number and QR Code. Employers, educational institutions, and students can visit our website's Online Verification Portal, enter the certificate number, or scan the QR code to instantly verify authenticity against our database records.

Q.Do students receive an official Student ID Card?

Yes. All enrolled students receive a digital student photo ID card featuring their unique Enrollment ID, photo, and instant QR verification code.

Lab Facilities & Schedule

Q.Does every student get a dedicated computer workstation?

Yes. We maintain a dedicated 1:1 student-to-PC ratio during all practical lab sessions. Every student works on their own desktop system with full instructor guidance.

Q.What are the institute's working hours and batch timings?

Our center operates from Monday to Saturday, Monday – Saturday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (closed on Sundays). We offer flexible morning, afternoon, and evening batch options to accommodate school and college timings.

Q.What if I miss a practical class?

Students who miss classes due to unavoidable reasons can request practice time in subsequent lab sessions under faculty supervision to complete their pending assignments.

Fees & Payment

Q.Are course fees affordable and can they be paid in installments?

Yes. Internet Zone was founded to make computer education accessible. All our courses have reasonable fee structures, and we provide convenient offline installment options at our campus office.

Q.Can I access my attendance and receipts online?

Yes. Enrolled students are given secure login credentials to the Student Portal, where they can track their daily attendance, view fee receipts, access digital ID cards, and download examination marksheets.
